You replied to my question about which water filter to use but you replied using the wrong Model number. You gave me the filiter part number for a model WRS321SDHZ01 ! Not one ending in 201. Please review and furnish correct filter part number. Thanks
For model number WRS321SDHZ01
Hello William, Thank you for the question. The Model number ending in 201 is not a valid number. The 2 is actually a Z. There is no model with a 201, there has to be a letting and then two numbers. The options for the letters are B, V, W or Z. The filter PartSelect Number PS11701542 fits all options listed. We hope this helps!
Will my ice maker still make ice without a water filter insured ?
For model number WRS321SDHZ01
Hi Joseph, thank you for the question. According to our research, most refrigerators and ice makers can function without a filter as long as you're willing to put in a filter bypass for them. We would recommend replacing the water filter, part number PS11701542, for better functioning. We hope this helps!
Won't hold set temp. Not sidrt coils prob; electronic cntrl sensor issue
For model number WRS321SDHZ01
Hi Andy, thank you for asking. We would recommend checking the temperature sensor, part number PS11753996, to fix the issue. It senses the temperature inside the refrigerator and sends information to the electronic control. We hope this sorts out your problem!
There is a metal shelf piece that came off the refrigerator door shelf but i don't know how to put it back on. I believe it came from the shelf just below the egg/butter container.

Hi Barbara,
Thank you for your question. This part should just sit in the bin that is below the dairy compartment. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!
I used a flat-head screwdriver to pop out the old light rocker switch. Then, I unplugged the wires, plugged them into the new light rocker switch, and then popped the new switch into the hole. That's it! Lights began working again.
First I removed the old lightbulb from the socket and replaced it with a new one to confirm that the bulb was not the problem. I then pryed the socket out with a flat-head screwdriver. I could tell that the socket was anchored in its hole with clips so it was relatively easy to pry it out. Once the socket was out, I disconnected the lead wires and ordered a replacement socket kit from Partselect. When the new one arrived, I reconnected the lead wires to it, snapped it back into its hole, screwed in a new lightbulb, and presto!! The light was back on with no further problem. Thank you, Partselect!! A $15.00 part saved me what probably would have been at least a $100. service call and heaven knows what the technician would have told me I needed!!!
