Motor stopped working
I thought this was going to be much more difficult than it was. Take the bottom access door off (using a small socket - same size for all screws). Disconnect the plug to the motor. Unscrew the 4 screws holding the motor. Take the motor out. Unscrew the shaft screws on top (only 2) so you can manipulate it if need be up and down or spin it. Insert new motor and make sure shaft is seated correctly into the motor head. Screw motor back in. Screw shaft back in. Plug up motor. Screw bottom door back on. You are done. EASY!! Took me about 10-15 minutes to do. Much easier than most things.

The door switch was broken so the interior light would not come on.
The instructions in the package were not helpful. They wanted me to cut the wiring harness and described where to cut based on the wire colors. My wires were not the same color! I removed the light mechanism using a combination of a screwdriver, putty knife, and plain old muscle with my fingers! The wiring harness unplugged easily and the new one inserted. It was easy to push the whole assembly back into the door. I spent more time looking for something to cut the wiring harness with (and never did find it) than the whole job actually took without needing to cut anything!

Crisper drawer would not slide in/out easily, piece from cross support would fall in way
removed all three drawers. remove shelf glass, remove shelf frame which the glass sat on.

Removed damaged side support, which had two keyhole slots, I pushed up on the rear screw attach point and then forward for front attach point. Piece slid off and I put the new side support on in reverse.

Really well engineered. I just had to clean all the pieces I took out which added to overall time of job but not really.
