The water line came snapped in half and I’m needing to replace it. I have a kit to do that. But I can’t seem to find a video anywhere to follow on how to get access to the waterline tubing. I would appreciate any insight or help on replacing my waterline tubing! Thank you!

Hi Brandee,
Thank you for your question. Here is a link to one of our YouTube videos that you may reference for information on how to install the water tubing on a refrigerator. The refrigerator in the video may not be the same as yours, but it will give you a general idea on how to install the part. We hope this helps!

Ice maker not producing ice.
For model number WRF560SEHZ03
Hello Richard,
Thank you for writing in. Water Supply Issues. could be why your Whirlpool ice maker is not making ice. This may be due to insufficient water supply. A clogged water filter, kinked water line hose, or defective water inlet valve part number PS11751799 can restrict the water flowing to an ice maker. When this happens, ice production will be limited or completely stop. We hope this helps.
I need the part for the door mullion, the part in top right side of the door which when opened flips the mullion and when we close it aligns with the bracket on the frame which is in the center of the fridge to close the door.
I hope you understood, I could share images if I have a mail id to reach.

Hello Heather, Thank you for contacting us. Checking your model, we show that the reservoir connects by a tube and connector to the water inlet valve. If it was the tube on the reservoir that was broken, you would need to replace the complete reservoir. We hope this helps you.
I knew the chances of all the freon leaking out was unlikely so I looked at the wiring to the compressor and there was a capacitor and a starter/overload so i figured I would start there. I went on line and found the parts at this site and they were less than the minimum service call charge for a service tech so I figured what the heck let's give her a shot so I did give it a shot. I ordered the parts and they were there in less time than a service tech could come out and i installed the parts and guess what for 90.00 in parts and 15 minutes in time I repaired my refrigerator. Thanks guys, It took less time to order the parts than it did to make the repair so thanks, your website rocks and is very well designed so my hat is off to you guys!
I used a flat-head screwdriver to pop out the old light rocker switch. Then, I unplugged the wires, plugged them into the new light rocker switch, and then popped the new switch into the hole. That's it! Lights began working again.
I used a flat screwdriver and released the lock tab on the bottom of the light switch, and pried the switch out, being careful to not damage the plastic around the mounting place of the switch, unplugged wiring from old switch, plugged in the new one and pushed the new switch into place. Job finished light switch now working.
