electronic controll has a dash instead of the temperture setting
For model number WRF535SWHZ02
Hi Charles, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description, we would recommend a hard reset of the refrigerator by unplugging it for 5 minutes, and turn it on back. If it does not solve the issue, you may have a faulty control board, part number PS11755733. We would recommend checking the control board to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

The fridge/freezer is working fine, the condenser fan motor/fan is making louder than normal noise like if the fan is rubbing the shroud. Should I replace the plastic fan blade or is the condenser fan motor-do the bearings make that noise?
For model number WRF535swhz02
Hello Arthur, thank you for reaching out. A rubbing noise from your refrigerator's condenser fan can come from either a problem with the plastic fan blade or the motor's bearings. While worn motor bearings often make a grinding or squealing sound, a louder rubbing sound can be caused by either component. If the fan blade is cracked, warped, or rubbing against the shroud, replacing just the plastic fan blade may solve the problem. If the fan blade are good, then replacing the motor should fix the issue. The condenser fan motor for your model is part number PS16744942, and the fan blade is part number PS11738623. We hope this information is useful!

Water is dripping from the back of my filter cover. Replaced filter but it is still leaking. What do you recommend I do?
For model number WRF535SWHZ02
Hello Richard, thank you for getting in touch. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest checking the water filter head, part number PS12712109, to solve the problem. It holds the water filter and connects the water lines to the water filter. Glad to be of assistance!
Pressed in the end of the filter cover, lowered it down part way. Twisted the old filter 1/4 turn and removed it. Set in the sink to drain. Inserted new filter and twisted it to lock. closed cover. Done. Total time @ 1 Minute.
Having seen this problem before in other equipment so I had an idea where to look. Problem: the automatic defrost function was not operating. Looking through openings in the back panel of the freezer compartment, you could see the evaporator coils and fins were a solid chuck of ice. There are three logical components to check. Heater element, thermostat (located just above the evaporator) and a relay on the control board (located in the fridge control panel). Checked the heater with an ohm meter -- OK. The thermostat closes the circuit at around 20 degrees and opens at around 32 degrees. Pulled out the thermostat, wiring, fan unit. Everything unplugs, unscrews, and unclips, don't cut wires. Put the whole assembly in a friends freezer for an hour or so to see if the thermostat closes -- OK. Problem had to be with the control board. Replaced control board, reprogrammed it per included instruction. Everything is working again.
Removed the fruit & veggie drawers & the deli (pantry) drawer. Took out the 3 screws, removed the attached parts, put them on the replacement part, reattached it and put the drawers back in.
Here's the part I want to share: PartSelect had a expanded diagram showing the correct part and sufficiently detailed to figure out the repair before the part arrived. That's why I ordered from them. Secondly, I ordered the part Thursday morning--and the thing was sitting on my porch when I came back in from my evening out Saturday--2 days later!!!
