With my LG washer it will fill up with water and will try to spin a little bit side to side but will never fully spin. I'm trying to determine what part i will need to fix this
For model number WM3370HWA
Hello, Thank you for your question. Looking at your model number I would recommend looking into the motor. If it is not spinning properly that could be the cause. We hope this helps.

The power button is not working properly, it won't allow you to press the button to turn the machine on. I was able to get it to work a couple of times, however now it isn't working at all.

Hello Dawn, Thank you for the question. If it is just the button that is stuck and not able to be pressed, the Panel PartSelect Number PS11708801 will need to be replaced. We hope this helps!
Hello Mario, Thank you for the question. Press POWER to turn the washer off. Unplug the washer from the power outlet or turn the circuit breaker to the unit off. With the power disabled, press and hold the START/PAUSE button for 5 seconds. Plug the washer back in, or turn the circuit breaker back on. Hope this helps!

I need the glass globe for the door and price please
For model number WM3370HWA
Hello Paul, Thank you for contacting us. I have researched the model you have provided and have found the part you are looking for is PartSelect Number PS11707649. The Globe was only sold as part of the Door Assembly. I looked up the part and it is listed as No Longer Available/Discontinued sorry. There are no part substitutions listed. Our suggestion here would be to call the manufacturer and see if they can provide you with a substitution for these part numbers. We hope this helps.
Removed the top of the washer by removing the 4 back screws and 2 small brackets. Then I removed the front panel, this was actually the hardest part, 2 screws and 8 tabs that you pop out carefully from the top of the panel. I only disconnected the power button and was able to rest the panel on top of the washer. The rest of the washer came apart quickly just moving down the front of the washer and removing the door, latch, tub gasket, drain cover. Removing the pump was just a mater of disconnecting the drain hoses, and one clip under the drain assembly. 3 screws attach the drain to assembly to the pump and only 2 wires that are clearly marked. Reassembly is just going back through in reverse order of disassenbly. The best thing about this is that it all comes apart with a standard phillips screwdriver.
Pull washer away from wall. Unplug cord and remove drain hose from receptacle. Remove 4 screws holding panel to rear of washer. Squeeze and slide back hose clamps on each end of drain hose and loosen center clamp with screwdriver. Remove old hose. Reinstall new hose in reverse order using existing clamps. Re-install back panel.
