Heard the washer make a odd brief noise then a few minutes later the error codes alarm went off. I believe they were f6 e2(90% sure). The cycle seem to be in the rinse stage when it stopped. The door lock was on for a few minutes til it unlocked for me to unload the wet clothes. I tried starting a new wash cycle but the door will lock but the cycle never starts. I then tried to run the diagnostic test but i can’t even get to the c00 on the display screen to run it.

Hi Jason, Thank you for your question. The F6-E2 error code is letting you know that there is a communications error between the user interface board and the main control board. You can try to remove the error code by resetting it. The washer can be removed by unplugging the washer for 5 minutes and plugging it back in. If the error code returns, you will check the parts to see which one is causing the issue. We hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day.

Hey Roberto, thank you for your inquiry. We have researched your model and found that the error code e01 f06 indicates a connection problem between the central module and the engine control microcircuit. This means that there could be a problem with either one or both of the boards. To fix this error code you may need to replace the motor control board, part number PS11753928. If this does not take care of the issue, you may need to replace the electric control board, part number PS5573780. We hope this helps! If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Thanks again for your great question.

Washer leaking
Opened the front panel with 3 crews T-25 or socket wrench. Panel comes off right away.

Look for the leak. Determined it was the hose. Use power pliers to remove the clamp.

The small clamp was easy. The big one I had to use my yoga to get to it. It probably would had been easy from the back panel but moving the machine requires brute force.

Once the hose was out I found some bra under wires which is what probably punctured the hose.

Removed the front filter and found a bunch of nails.

Assembly was much easier and placed clamps so that if needed it would be a lot easier to remove and replace.

Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
