I just set it up do you have to prime the water
For model number PFSS6PKXCSS
Hi Judy, thank you for the question. We have found that you may have to prime the water for efficient use. If you just installed your refrigerator, it is connected to a water supply so it can produce ice and dispenser water. However, air can be trapped in the new plumbing lines, which can result in 2 or 3 empty ice maker cycles. Furthermore, if the system is not primed, the first ice cubes may be discolored or have an odd flavor. It will also prohibit the water from initially flowing from the dispenser. We hope this information helps!

Ice maker does not make ice all the time and leaks water at bottom
For model number PFSS6PKXCSS
Hello Buddy, thank you for getting in touch. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the water lines for any leakage. If this is not the issue, we would suggest replacing the water inlet valve, part number PS2374812, to solve the problem. We hope that helps!

Unscrew old filter and remove(counterclockwise). Line up arrow on new filter with arrow on connection housing. Turn clockwise till resistance met. Do not overtighten. Follow directions. Simple.
First, I have to say I live in the next state over, and I recieved the parts the next day. Yeah! OK, I removed the adjacent drawers *and the removable lower storage shelves on the doors for clearance*. Taking out the broken lid is easy. The new one is a tight fit. The right side has a raised pad on the pivot point, but the left one does not. I worked the peg (pivot point) in on the right side and slowly and carefully pushed the stationary plastic left side in slightly(and sprung the lid slightly) to get enough clearance to get in the left peg without breaking the new lid pivot. While doing this, one has to make sure the shelf immediately behind the lid is in place since there are support tabs located on it, and you will have to rework the thing if you don't get them to mate on the installation.
The installation video notes that the door mullion spring has a bent end, and that the bent end of the spring is to be inserted into the LOWER hinge. However, on my refrigerator door, the bent end of the door mullion spring must be inserted into the UPPER hinge in order for the door to function properly. (Also noted that in your video the installer manually closed the door mullion rather than just closing the refrigerator door, another indication that the installation of the spring was incorrect.) After watching the video several times to confirm I was installing the door mullion spring according to the video instructions, I tried inserting the bent end of the door mullion spring into the upper hinge, which proved to be the correct installation of the door mull spring. What should have been a 5 minute repair turned into an ½ hour repair.
