The refrigerator is working fine, but the freezer stopped freezing. There is no ice build up on the compressor coils. Also when I opened the back panel there are 2 fans, the one on the right measure oms the one one on the left registers nothing. and what part numbers are they?

Hello Kathleen, thank you for reaching out. Your model comes with two fan motors, the evaporator fan motor, part number PS2338132, and the condenser fan motor, part number PS2323415. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest replacing the evaporator fan motor to solve the problem. We hope this helps!

Hi Duane, thank you for contacting us. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest checking the temperature sensor, part number PS2323249, as it is most likely faulty and may need to be replaced. We hope this solves your problem!
It won't cool or freeze. The circuit board was jiggled and it started to cool and freeze for a couple of days, then warmed up again. The circuit board was replaced but then the fan and compressor would not turn on. Told it was the compressor. Could it be the start relay switch or something else?

Hello and thank you for writing.
Yes, it could be the compressor start relay PS2322852, you should check the part(s) for signs of damage, and replace as necessary. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.
Hello Jerry,
Thank you for your question. Unplug the fridge, then remove the shelves to gain access to the back panel to remove the screws out so you can gently pull the panel out. There are 2 wire connections in the upper right corner, so disconnect the wires making sure you take pictures of how they were connected, then remove the 4 screws holding the metal fan panel in place. When its removed, twist the fan 90 degrees and it will be free, and a spring clip that holds the fan blades on the motor will need to be removed. Use a pair of needle hose pillars to pull the spring clip off, then finally pull the fan blade off the motor. Reverse the process for re installation. We hope this helps.

Hello Peg and thank you for writing.
Sounds like you might have to replace your filter PS8746144.
If this does not fix this problem then your ice bucket assembly PS2371090 might be faulty and possibly needs to be replaced. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime.
Unscrew old filter and remove(counterclockwise). Line up arrow on new filter with arrow on connection housing. Turn clockwise till resistance met. Do not overtighten. Follow directions. Simple.
First, I have to say I live in the next state over, and I recieved the parts the next day. Yeah! OK, I removed the adjacent drawers *and the removable lower storage shelves on the doors for clearance*. Taking out the broken lid is easy. The new one is a tight fit. The right side has a raised pad on the pivot point, but the left one does not. I worked the peg (pivot point) in on the right side and slowly and carefully pushed the stationary plastic left side in slightly(and sprung the lid slightly) to get enough clearance to get in the left peg without breaking the new lid pivot. While doing this, one has to make sure the shelf immediately behind the lid is in place since there are support tabs located on it, and you will have to rework the thing if you don't get them to mate on the installation.
The installation video notes that the door mullion spring has a bent end, and that the bent end of the spring is to be inserted into the LOWER hinge. However, on my refrigerator door, the bent end of the door mullion spring must be inserted into the UPPER hinge in order for the door to function properly. (Also noted that in your video the installer manually closed the door mullion rather than just closing the refrigerator door, another indication that the installation of the spring was incorrect.) After watching the video several times to confirm I was installing the door mullion spring according to the video instructions, I tried inserting the bent end of the door mullion spring into the upper hinge, which proved to be the correct installation of the door mull spring. What should have been a 5 minute repair turned into an ½ hour repair.
