Burner cap replacement

I got really great customer service on finally getting the right part. It came really fast it fit perfect but the cap is a high gloss black instead of a flat black. I will need to call customer service again to see if they can the correct color this time.
Otherwise everything was great!

some of electrodes not working at times,found were bad,wires had some insulation missing, clips looked burnt,found all new parts replaced

the electrodes on this model have to be removed before you can raise cooktop, once cooktop is raised remove wire from burner bracket, use needle nose pliers to squeeze bottom of clip,remove &replace with new parts.

Oven would not heat up

I removed the rear lower cover. Disconnected the terminals from the heating element. Removed 2 screws from the heating element from inside the oven. Removed the heating element. Reinstalled everything in reverse order.

The lower,BAKE, element had burned in half almost causing a fire.

Slide the rang out to access the 240V plug & unplugging it. Removed the sheetmetal cover from the rear of the range to access the slip on wire plugs to prevent damaging the insulation. The insulation would be damaged if pulling them through the opening in the oven wall with the plugs attached to the element. Removed the racks from the oven. Unscrewed the retaining screws holding the element to the rear wall of the oven, lifted damaged element out and reversed the process for instillation. Perfect opportunity to clean underneath and behind the range.

shortage in wiring cause the housing to burn out

The old burners were damaged by the prior owners.

The repair was extremely easy. Just removed the old burners and dropped in the new ones. No tools needed.

Burners wouldn't light

Had two burners on the stove that would not light. Had tried cleaning them but they still did not ignite. Replaced both burner heads. Once replaced. they ignited right away and have worked ever since.

temperature sensor went

Took back panel off unplugged sensor and replugged in and worked like a charm!Sears wanted $400 and was going to 'overrepair"Got the 60 dollar part on here. UPS shipped to wrong address and customer service refunded my shipping and was excellent! would definetly use again!thanks

Oven Wouldnt Bake Food Very Well It Took To Long To Bake

First I found the model number, but it's parts were under a different number. So I ordered what I thought was the right oven element, but it wasnt right . My husband couldnt get it to fit . Well he finaly found the right part number so we could order the right part. We returned the wrong part and got the right element. It went in perfectly and the oven is working just fine now. Remember to always look up the part number you need and then order it.

Lower oven element burned into

Move range out from wall,unplug power supply,remove two screws from back wall of lower oven element unplug two wires,discard burned element.Install new element,plug two wires in,fasten two screws. Done
