Only agitates on one of three cycles
For model number PAV2300AWW
Hello Jason and thank you for writing.
You should try a hard reset first. Go to your breaker box, turn the breaker for your unit off, wait 5 minutes and turn the breaker back on.
If your washer has a selector switch on the control panel, make sure the button for your selection is pressed all the way in, or set properly.
Many washing machines have multiple-speed drive motors. Though it's uncommon, the drive motor may work fine on one speed but not on another. If the drive motor has failed on one speed, you need to replace the entire motor PS11738839. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.

My dcs wall oven doesn't reach nor doesn't hold the temperature on the desired setting when it is in the baking mode! The broil seems to be working fine. But when we use the baking part never reaches to the desired temperature, and also the display never shows the right temperature! Any suggestion? Please and thanks
For model number PAV2300AWW
Hi David,
Thank you for your question. If the oven is not heating correctly, then the issue is likely with the oven sensor, sometimes called the oven thermostat, and you will need to check it with a multi-meter. When testing the sensor with a multi-meter, the sensor should be tested at room temperature and it should be unplugged from the oven. You will need to measure the resistance between the two prongs at the end of the sensor connector. Replace the oven sensor if the reading is less than 900 Ohms or more than 1200 Ohms. If this checks out fine, you will need to check the electronic control board, the bake element and the wiring between these parts to see which once is causing the issue. We hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day.

One of the plastic hinge pins brroke
I used a flat screw driver to push in on the releases so I could raise the top of the machine. I then used a torx tool to remove both parts of the hinge, and then used a #2 phillips screw driver, on the new screws I'd also ordered, to re-attach both of the hinge parts. Every thing went just as anticipated.

Pump was making a grinding noise
The pump is located behind a small panel on the back, lower left side of my washer. It's attached to the bottom frame with 3 screws. It has two hoses attached, each with one spring clamp. Lift one side of the washer and slip the drive belt off the pully. Release the spring clamps on the hoses with a pair of pliers and remove the hoses. A small amount of water will drain from the hoses and pump when removed. Remove the three screws holding the pump to the frame and remove the pump. Install the new pump in the same position. Reattach the hoses, replace the belt, and reinstall the cover panel. That's all there is to it.
