How does the door lock look and how does it go back in washer

Hi, the washer will not fill with water. It runs all the cycles just will not fill.

Hi Vince, thank you for your inquiry. Check the inlet hoses from the wall to the washer for any kinks or twists. Ensure both the hot and cold water supply valves are fully open. Also, check the water inlet valve, part number PS12349461. A faulty or burned inlet valve could have caused the smell and could not be working to fill the washer. Glad to be of help!

Hi Sharron, thank you for reaching out. The issue is most probably because of a fault in the bearings. They come attached to the gearcase, part number PS16730207. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
Pushed in on door strike and rotated it counterclockwise, removed broken strike and installed new strike. NOTE: when removing the old strike (turning counterclockwise) it felt like it might break and/or was attached with an screw that I didn't see but it came right out.
