Hi Michelle, thank you for contacting us. We would suggest checking the water supply first. If it is fine, the issue could be with the lid lock assembly, part number PS16543458. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
Hi Mike, thank you for contacting us. The issue could be with the bearings. They come attached to the gear case, part number PS16730207. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
Done light and lid lock light stay on. Lid is not actually locked. When you unplugged the machine for 24 hours, it goes right back to that state. Power button stopped working a few months ago, but could get washer to work by turning middle knob.

Hi Charles, thank you for the question. Based on your description, the washer likely has a faulty lid lock assembly, part number PS16543458. If the machine thinks the lid is locked when it isn't, the sensor inside the lock has likely failed. This prevents the cycle from starting or completing. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
Washer will not lock the lid to engage the cycle. Sensing light just blinks. Just replaced the lid lock actuator. Washer is only a couple years old. Any advice will be appreciated.

Hello Chad, thank you for getting in touch. The control board often needs to recognize the new part. With the washer empty, turn the cycle selector one full rotation (360°) counter-clockwise, then three clicks clockwise, one click back, and one click clockwise. All status lights will blink. Turn the knob until only "Done" or "Rinse" is lit, then press Start. Also, check the lid strike, part number PS16543459. This strike component helps secure your appliance door in place, ensuring proper closure and safe operation. We hope this helps.
Watched a video to get a general idea. Moved washer to garage. Raised lid, supported with s-hook and light chain. Front springs were easy, except no hole for the rod to hang in so used chain and small screwdriver through mounting hole. Back springs were not as easy. Finally removed the back panel to get to the rods. Bingo, much easier and only took 5 min to remove the back panel. reassemble and she works like a charm. Suggest to find a video reflecting your particular brand and model as all are similar but uniquely different. Easy project though.
Used video provided, but while reinstalling shocks pull the shock absorbers thru holes in washer deck using a stiff wire or a metal coat hanger will also work. This made installation so much easier!
