The fans are working
It had a clicking sound like every few minutes
But the fridge and the freezer are not cold
For model number MRT18D3BWW
Hi Janet, thank you for getting in touch. Based on our research, the starter, part number PS18153735, might be faulty and needs to be checked. A faulty starter prevents the compressor from receiving the high-voltage kick it needs to start, leaving your fridge unable to circulate refrigerant for cooling. The clicking you hear is the overload protector cutting power to prevent the motor from burning out as it repeatedly tries and fails to engage. Replacing it might fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
