Light over range burned out
Philips screwdriver
Removed screw (1)
Removed light bulb
Put in new light bulb
Closed door to bulb compartment
Returned screw.

Pro tip! Check how many bulbs you need before ordering. Mine only needed two. I got two. I suspect I’ll buy a new microwave before new bulb burns out again. Ordering/delivery was fast. No need to have spare on hand.

Turn table was intermintant
The motor would turn about 10 revolutions then quit. I would manually spin the motor and it would turn about another 10 revs and quit again. The motor I ordered was an exact match OEM and install time was less than 30 min total to install the motor, secure the electrical and the bottom of the microwave. Thanks Partselect for the prompt delivery and ease of using your web sight.

Microwave light, turntable, and heat were not working
Remove from cabinetry, take cover off and had a very difficult time removing the plastic form that has the switched in. Replace the lowest of all the switches, and then again very difficult time getting the plastic form back in. Some of the plastic even broke during the process but not any that could prevent it from working as it did before. I had ordered a fuse, 2 packs of 2 switches as there are 3 switches but only had to use 1 to get it working again. Tested after switch install, put the cover back on and reinstalled in the cabinet.

turn table inop.
first removed four screws lower panel, one motor screw, electrical connector, and reversed procedure done. To add a little to this repair story, we had a recall on our maytag dish washer, asked if at the same time they could bring a motor out for microwave, they said no without diag. time, also told them I'd pay for install, even if my diag. was wrong, and the part also, there lose! Thank you all having the correct parts at a very reasonable price.

The button locking wore out and the cover fell off. Tried taping it up but it won't stay because the pegs on the cover were broken, too.
I placed the cover in place and inserted the button. Extremely easy and affordable. Thanks a lot.

Stopped working completely
My wife was pushing a few buttons with her knuckle (hands were full)and the microwave just turned off. Just like we had blown a breaker. First I unpluged it. Then I removed the phillips screws of the front panel, and found and removed the ceramic fuse. 3 days later I received the new fuse in the mail, and put it in. I plugged the microwave back in and it works great.

microwave would not heat.
hardest part was taking the microwave down off of the wall to gain access to the diode. Thought if was the transformer but ended up being just a blown diode. remove and replace and bench test. that part took 15 minutes . moral of the story don't boil water under the side of the microwave that holds the electric components.
