Getting f01 and e02 error codes. What do i need to fix this?
For model number MHW6000XW2
Hello Greg, thank you for your question. F01 E02 means that your motor control board isn't reading the tachometer on your motor correctly when it tries to turn the motor. Open the door and turn the basket to make sure it spins freely. If so, you'll need to remove the lower front panel and make sure all the wire connections are secure to the motor control board (MCU) and if everything looks good, the MCU will need to be ordered and replaced. Part number PS11753928. Good luck with your repair.
Error codes F08 and E01.
What do these error codes mean?
For model number MHW6000XW2
Hi Paul, thank you for contacting us. The F08 E01 error code means your washer is not detecting the correct amount of incoming water. We would recommend checking the Water Level Switch, part number PS11752436, and Water Inlet Valve, part number PS11752082. We hope this helps.
There is a significant amount of water building up in the bellows when I do a load. I have cleaned holes and no change. Any suggestions on solution.
For model number MHW6000XW2
Hello Tonya, thank you for the question. According to our research, the only thing you can do is clean it regularly and every so often replace the bellow, part number PS12074757. To clean the bellow, use a rag or towel to clean the rubber door gasket on a front-loading washer with either hot soapy water or a spritz of mildew cleaner. Make sure to wipe it underneath and around it as well. Be prepared for some slime and gunk and possibly a stray sock or two. We hope this helps!
Opened the front panel with 3 crews T-25 or socket wrench. Panel comes off right away.
Look for the leak. Determined it was the hose. Use power pliers to remove the clamp.
The small clamp was easy. The big one I had to use my yoga to get to it. It probably would had been easy from the back panel but moving the machine requires brute force.
Once the hose was out I found some bra under wires which is what probably punctured the hose.
Removed the front filter and found a bunch of nails.
Assembly was much easier and placed clamps so that if needed it would be a lot easier to remove and replace.
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
