replace light blub

removed grill cover, removed bulb plate, unscrew bulb, screw new bulb in socket,put bulb cover back on and screw grill cover back on. no issues whatsoever.

Glass cooking tray for microwave cracked.

All I had to do was lay the new tray in the microwave. Easy as pie. Also, the new tray arrived very quickly.

The glass tray in the microwave got chipped while i was washing it and started to crack.

I just opened the box and set it in. Took all of two minutes.

Broken turntable support ring and missing support

glass turn table would not turn

After researching online, I found that I needed the turntable drive coupling, part#PS993087. when I went to your site it showed the same part but the part number had changed but said it would fit my microwave. Well, I was really surprised and happy when the part I received 3 days after I placed the order, with normal shipping,fit perfectly and now my turn table in my microwave works. I have marked this site a a favorite and will use it I'm sure soon. Being a single women and having to figure out how to fix the things on a small buget, I'm learning a lot and have a lot of respect for men that know how to do all the repair stuff. Broken Vent Grill

My daugher used the vent grill on the microwave as a handhold while putting dishes away in the cupboard and broke it. I found the part via the Whirlpool website. When the part arrived I removed the two screws, placed the new vent grill in place and replaced the screws. Total time: About 10 minutes.

Burned out lightbulb

Hood Light Blows Out Bulbs Often

Had to take all the screws out of the bottom of the microwave to get to the socket. Once that was done, it was a simple fix of taking out 2 screws that hold the socket in, and then unplugging it. Replug and put all screws back. It was a fairly simple fix for the diy homeowner.
