My dryer wont start. We dried 1 load perfectly fine next load lights are on but dryer wont start. No clicking or humming when start button pressed. The settings are also where they need to be, we did try to select a different temp and dry option but nothing happened.

Hello Heidi and thank you for writing.
It certainly sounds like it could be a faulty push to start switch PS11748542 and/or a faulty cycling thermostat PS11741405 , you should check for signs of damage, and replace if necessary. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.
My dryer is making a squeaky noise as it travels round and round…. What could this be thank you

Hello Pam. there could be a few things causing the squeaking. Check the Drum Support Rollers PS11752609, and the little Roller Support Tri-Rings PS11755850. Also, look at the Rear Drum Felt Seal PS8691753 and the Belt PS11750135. We also have the videos for you to view for visual help. We hope this helps.

Dryer is heating but the drum does not turn.
For model number MEDC300BW0
Hi Tina, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the issue is probably with the bearing ring, part number PS334199, or the drum roller, part number PS11752609. If that does not help, we would recommend checking the roller shafts, part numbers PS11753706, and PS11753705. We hope this sorts out your problem!
should the thermal fuse show continuity when dryer is not running?
For model number MEDC300BW0
Hello Barry, thank you for getting in touch. If the dryer is not running. The thermal fuse must be checked for continuity. If the multimeter shows no continuity, the fuse is blown and needs to be replaced. If there is continuity, the fuse is functional, and the dryer is still not running. We would recommend replacing the door switch, part number PS11756443, to solve the problem. We hope this helps!
To reach the heating element you only need to open the back cover of the dryer (about 8 nut-head screws). Remember to disconnect the power.
To remove the heating element there are two small nut-head screws. Remove the two electric wires. Then you can pull the heating element away.
You can check the heating element with an ohm-meter or visually inspect it to see if the heating element spiral wire is broken.
Don't hurry to dispose the old element. My model includes a small electric safety part. You'll need to transfer it to the new heating element (that comes without it)..
First tried heating element and thermal fuse with no luck. Ordered thermal cutoff and fixed problem. Had I used an ohm meter first I would have determined problem before having ordered heating element and fuse, as both had resistance. I wast just lazy and ordered the took the most common failed components first before taking dryer back off.
The repair was easy. the most time consuming part was vacuuming the dust from the back of the Dryer, The repair required removing screw from the back panel of the dryer. Then removing screws from the heating element and unplugging the wires. The only moderately diffculy part was swapping the sensor form the old element.
