Hi Janee, thank you for your question. The right side of your appliance is where your water inlet valve is. So if you are experiencing leaking on that side, we would suggest you look at the inlet valve and the connecting parts. Good luck with your repair.

My dishwasher shows the 3 second lock icon, but won't then proceed to wash the dishes. Any thoughts as to how to fix this? Thank you!

Hello Jackie, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, the control touchpads can be locked to prevent unwanted use. If this feature is activated between cycles, the dishwasher cannot be operated until the controls are unlocked. To cancel the control lock, press the control lock button for 3 seconds. The indicator light will go off. We hope this helps!

Waaher leaking underneath in right corner from a white round plastic thingy ...why?
For model number MDB7100AWB
PartSelect logo
Hello Janee and thanks for writing. Somewhere you have a leak and it is coming out on the right-hand side where you have the dispenser grommet PS11747610, this part could be damaged. Also, check your door gasket PS11746830 and inner door foam PS11748543 and replace it if damaged. It is recommended to replace both parts at the same time. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime.

My dishwasher is leaking from the bottom , water leaks onto the floor, it’s not flooding our kitchen by any means but it is a nice puddle. I refreshed the door gasket but that didn’t fix it. There is also a screw missing on the door frame at the top. Could water be leaking through the hole of the missing screw?
For model number MDB7100AWB

Hello Shanna, thank you for your question. It may be that the screw was keeping it tight and now that the screw is missing, the unit is not water tight. Also, there may be an issue with the Water Deflector PS11747624. It is used to keep water away from the dishwasher door. We hope this helps.

Water dripping from right corner of door
Took out about 7 torx screws to remove the inner door liner. Discovered evidence of leak coming from the sop dispenser latch, and noticed the grommet had turned soft and was torn. The grommet is only about 1" square. Used nut driver to remove two screws to remove latch assembly. Slipped old grommet off and put new one on, and reattached the latch. The foam seal at the bottom of the door looked worn, so we replaced it with weatherstripping from home improvement store. The main door seal was brittle, so we replaced it too - just grab an end and pull the old one out. The new one was installed by starting at one end and we just pushed it in place. We used a nut-driver to push it in - we were afraid a screwdriver might damage it. The new door seal required us to latch the door to get it to stay closed the fist couple of days, but now it has loosened up a bit and works as expected. And NO MORE LEAKS. Cost is much less than a new unit!

The dish rack had two sets of adjustable tines that had never worked.
I ordered two clips just in case. Turns out I needed both of them. Since I hadn't seen the adjustable tines installed, it took some time to figure out how to put the assembly together.

For some reason I had the dishwasher for 7 years before it occurred to me to order the replacement parts. It's much more efficient to use with the adjustable tines properly installed as I can load approximately 25% more plates than before.
