Oven doesnt warm up to set temp

Hello Norah, Thank you for your inquiry. If the oven is not warming up to temperature, we would recommend checking the temperature sensor, the relay control board, and the heating element. You can test the parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. Good luck with your repair.
I searched online and found someone that seemed to have the exact problem. That person had replaced the lower burner and the same PCB board I replaced. I was able to test the lower burner without removing it and it tested OK. The PCB board in the article I had checked was burned and obviously bad but mine was not. I took a chance and ordered just the PCB board. I replaced this board and the oven now works perfectly. I seems this board was not turning on the bottom burner but the system thought it was working fine.
