Hi Kent, thank you for your inquiry. Clean the air filter. A clogged filter restricts airflow over the coils, dramatically dropping the cooling efficiency. You can wash your current filter, or if it's damaged, replace the air filter, part number PS12747807. If the outdoor or indoor coils are impacted with dust, pet hair, or debris, the unit cannot properly reject heat. Vacuuming or gently spraying them with a coil cleaner can fix this. Blower fan motor not working. Partselect representative he guide me. Make sure new motor diameter is wide. Purchase motor with mounting bracket. Old motor bracket will not working . my Ptac after installing new motor running smoothly.
Pulled PTAC out of wall sleeve, unhook wire harness from control area, remove condenser shroud and motor and fan blade all at the same time. Replaced motor bracket and re-installed in reverse order.
