ice maker tray not turning to dump ice/stuck in place. tried resetting by turning off, on, it tries to turn to dump ice, then grinds, sticks. makes ice, but tray not dumping.

Hi David, thank you for a very interesting question. We recommend pouring a cup of hot water into the frozen-up ice maker tray. This will melt the existing ice along with anything that might be causing the ice to stick. Wipe down the ice tray to ensure there are no remaining chips or debris. Then clean the ice bin and let your ice maker try again. If that does not work and the freezer is below 10 degrees and won't cycle, the icemaker, part number PS9865155, itself has just failed and will need to be replaced as an assembly, unfortunately. We hope this solves your problem!
Where the water comes out of the water dispenser it is compressing in on itself which makes the water spray out. Looking for a part to replace that white plastic water spout.

Hi Roger, Thank you for reaching out. The Gasket in White for the Right side Door is listed as PartSelect Number PS11700759. The Left Door Gasket in White is PartSelect Number PS11708171. The White Gasket for the Ice Bank Door is listed as PartSelect Number PS11761692. We hope this is what you were looking for!
1. Shut off water to refrigerator. 2. Removed bottom sheet metal cover (6 screws). 3. Removed leaking water inlet valve assembly from refrigerator (1 screw). 4. Remove water inlet tube (loosen nut) and tube back to refrigerator (pull from water valve after remove cotter pin washer). 5. Detach two electrical wire harnesses. 6. Install new water inlet valve assembly to refrigerator (1 screw). 7. Replace both water tubes to water inlet assembly. 8. Re-attach both wiring harnesses. 9. Turn water to refrigerator on. 10. Check for leaks. 11. Re-attach bottom sheet cover (6 screws).
Shut off water supply. Disconnect main supply line. Remove rear lower panel on back of refrigerator. Remove all tubing clamps on back. Disconnect leaking tubing from water supply valve. Remove water filter and unscrew/remove water filter housing. Replace tubing - connect to water filter housing then to water supply valve. Reconnect filter housing and filter. Reinstall lower panel, then main water supply line, then all tubing clamps. Turn water back on and check for leaks after discarding several glasses of water to fill filter. Job complete!
