Bottom of door handle became detached from door when small black plastic part cracked.

Water drips between glass on door unable to clean.

Hi Rosann, thank you for reaching out. Here are some general instructions that will help you clean the door glass. First, open the door and remove the top screw on the door hinge. Lift the door to remove it. Use a putty knife to remove the inner trim. Then, remove the inner screws to remove the inner door assembly. Use a flat screwdriver to separate the inner door assembly from the outer door panel. Glass will be accessible and you can clean it. We hope this helps!

Followed owners manual instructions to the letter: removed two top screws, opened the unit door so I could slide out the old filter. We don’t cook much at all in the unit, mostly just heating coffee and reheating leftovers. BUT! The top grill was pretty greasy and needed hot soapy water to clean, including in the depths of the top area. The whole process, especially the company website for part ID and purchase, was slick!
