Microwave runs but makes very loud humming noise and doesn't heat
For model number LMH2016ST
Hello Bill, Thank you for your inquiry. We have researched the model you have provided and we would recommend checking the following parts to fix your issue: the door switches, the diode, and the thermostats. You can test the parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. For safety reasons, since the microwave capacitor can still store electricity even when the microwave is unplugged, it is usually advised that you discharge the capacitor before any attempt at repair. We have included a link on how to do so.

One of the two lights on the bottom of the unit (shines on the stove below) is out. We can not figure out how to get access to the bulb to replace it?
For model number LMH2016ST
Good Day William. Thank you for your question in regards to your unit (Model Number LMH2016ST). You will need a Phillips head screw driver in order to do this. Ensure that before you do anything that you have unplugged your unit from its power source for purposes of safety. You will see a small rectangular tray/cover that you will need to unscrew the screws from, make sure you put the screws in the safe place so that they don't get lost. After removing the cover you will be able to see the light bulb, you can unscrew the bulb from the socket and replace it. After place the cover back on and screw the screws back in. Then you are good to go. Hope this helps.

Leave the unit installed. Remove 8 screws, 4 on each side of the bottom of the drawer. It is hinged on the back but front will drop down. Remove screws attached to the white slide rails but hold bezel assembly so the spring metal on each side do no break. Look in assembly from the back to front. With a long Phillips remove the screws holding the bezel on. 3 screws. Remove old Bezel. Put new on and reassemble using the reverse.
