The lights under the microwave stopped working at the same time. I replaced them both thinking it was odd they both gave out. The next day they worked but now have not worked since. Is there a switch or something inside that i can change? I can hear a click when i push the light button on but no light comes on

Hello Don, Thank you for the question. This is normally an indication the Fuse may have blown and needs to be replaced. You should consider having a service technician install this part as the high-voltage capacitors in a microwave can contain a very harmful electrical charge, even when the microwave is unplugged and has been inactive for some time. We hope this helps!

Vent Grille tabs snapped off
Repair was easy but you have to remove the screw at the top of the microwave (top left) in order to secure the far left tab with the hole in the tab. Place the grille in place, push to the left and then secure the screw you removed. Just remember that the mounted screw will need to be removed the next time you need access in order to replace the charcoal filter.
