Hello, Thank you for your question. You will want to check the control board, that will typically cause the unit to not stop after the cycle is complete. We hope this helps.

After starting the machine it goes for a minute or two, then stops and reads the 20 error code. Tried starting it again several times and finally it seemed to start pumping only to show the error code 30 and now it won’t shut off. From what I understand the 30 error code is the control panel? What is the 20 error code? I have tested the pump and that seems to be working.

Hello Claire, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the i20 error code appears when there is a water level or pressure sensor problem. Every time you run a cycle, the sensor may become affected by debris. The error code i30 means excessive water consumption. The pressure switch may become clogged with food or fat. As a result, the dishwasher receives the wrong signals from it and thinks that the tank is empty. The system does not generate a command for the intake valve, so the membrane does not close. Water continues to flow in, spill, and enter the pan. The leakage sensor responds to flooding, so error i30 is displayed. We would recommend checking the pressure control switch, part number PS12586275, to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
