Freezer frost accumulation
After noting frost in freezer Right rail started to jam. Noted freezer door was closing crooked. Rail replacement resolved issue. It had been frosting up for some time so Rail must have been broken for a while. Check door seals they were not closing flush.

Replaced hose and it was exactly what I needed.
Replaced old hose and installed the new one. Was very simple with the instructions in your email..... step by step, could not of been any similar.... you guys rock

Crisper bin gide roller broke off frame.
Ordered new part, which was crisper frame. Removed old frame and replaced it. Cleaned crisper glass and set in place.

Broke right freezer rail
Removed old rail by unscrewing 3 screws and put new rail on

light didn't come on when the door was opened
I took a very thin bladed screwdriver and took the old part out -carefully.
The new part fit in quite easily.

Switch stops working
Replace with new switch. this is the third switch i have replaced in 10 years. the only part, besides a light bulb, that has gone bad. obviously this is a problem with this model for Kenmore, or just poor switch design.

broken drawer.
Just slid out the broken drawer and slid in the new one. The web site was very user friendly and my drawer arrive in only a few days. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Replace lower grill bracket
Pull off the grill cover and remove the 2 screws from the old part and simply screw in the new part. Don’t lose the screws there are no new ones with the new part. Replace cover.

I lost the part in a move.
It was so easy I opened the package and took part right out and put it on the refrigerator and bolted it down and that's it.

The part did not fit
Like the customer who put a review on your site before me, I was unable to complete the repair because the inlet tube did not fit my refrigerator. I was hoping to speak to someone regarding this issue.

The rails for one of drawers were replaced
Removed old rails and tapped new rails in place. The big problem was finding how to fix the drawer. After searching many online websites, It was my good fortune to find Partselect and a one of their service representatives who
knew how to fix my drawer
and they had the part.

The shelf that holds the crisper drawers had cracked and finally broken.
Bought a new shelf. Bought a center support (new), Put the new center support in the shelf. Removed glass, old shelf and drawers. Replaced the broken shelf by hooking the new one in to existing supports. Replaced glass. Replaced drawers.
