Freezer is cold but won't shut down. I replaced the thermostat but still have the same problem. No matter where I set the thermostat the freezer won't shut off it just keeps running.
For model number LCM070LC

Hi Paul, Thank you for getting in touch. If the freezer is constantly running, we suggest cleaning the coils and checking the door gasket for wear or damage. If the Gasket allows warm air in, it can cause the freezer to run at all times. Same as the dirty coils, if the air can not circulate or cool properly, the freezer will run constantly. Thank you for the inquiry, good luck with the repair!

Freezer temp was either -20 or +30, operation was intermittant
I replaced the thermostat, all but the capillary pipe. It was stuck in the
tube in which it fits. I had to let it sit unplugged until the ice in the cap tube melted, and I was able to lightly jerk on the cap pipe until it came
loose and slipped out. Put in the new one and sealed the end of the
tube with putty.
