When i open the door after dishwashing cycle, there always lots of soapy form at the bottom of the dishwasher; the form will disappear after it dry out. Is it normal? The dishes look clean but i don't feel comfortable seeing the soapy form. Please help. Thanks!

Hello and thank you for writing.
If suds (bubbles) or soap foam are present when the door is opened, turn off the dishwasher and allow suds to dissipate. This may take several hours. Make sure any initial water is pumped out of the tub. Cause: Using the wrong type or too much detergent can cause over-foaming. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.

When I turn on the dishwasher, it switches to drain. It won't go through a wash cycle. If I start a wash cycle, it first sounds like it's going to start and then it switches over to Drain/Cancel

Hi Joseph, thank you for reaching out. The issue could be with the control board, part number PS11753985. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
Replacement was pretty easy after figuring out how to unsnap/unlock the old pieces. Tools only used to do a little prying and poking, but really aren't needed. Everything either snaps or slides together. Piece of cake
Pulled dishwasher from under counter, attached link to spring, hooked spring back into frame/chassis, threaded link through pulleys, attached other end of link onto door, reinstalled dishwasher under counter. All's well. Note-I purchased an extra link anticipating that the other one will fail. They're cheap enough.
I took the broken basket adjuster off and then attached the new one. It wasn't too difficult, however some removal instructions and re-install instructions( or just a picture supplied) would have been helpful. This isn't an issue for a mechanically inclined person, but would be a challenge for someone that isn't. Thanks.
