Dishwasher runs constantly through cycles without shutting off.

Hi Joe,
Thank you for your question. If the dishwasher is not shutting off, you may have a faulty heating element or there is an issue with the electronic control board and you will need to test the parts to see which one is causing the issue. For the element, you may test it with a multi-meter. To test the heating element, Begin by disconnecting your appliance from the power source. Locate your heating element, it will be found on the bottom of the tub and depending on your model, it may have a cover. If it does have a cover, remove it. Remove the lower access panel and disconnect wires attached to the heating element’s terminals that protrude through the base of the dishwasher. Set your multimeter to the Rx1 setting and touch the terminals with the probes. The reading of a functional heating element varies between models but will fall between zero and infinity, refer to your owner’s manual to determine what reading you should receive. If your reading is exactly zero or infinity, it is defective. If your heating element’s reading is outside the manufacturer’s recommended range, you will need a replacement heating element. You will need to do a visual inspection of the electronic control board. Check to see if it has signs of wear, damage or burn marks and if it shows any of these signs, you will need to replace it. We hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day.
The wheel assembly for the top rack has broken. The rollers fasten to 4 plastic prongs, and most of them have broken. What part do I need to repair this? I can't use the upper rack at all.

Hi Lorna, thank you for your inquiry. We would recommend replacing the dishwasher adjuster kit, part number PS10064063, to fix the issue. This kit will help you adjust the height of the upper rack of your dishwasher. We hope this sorts out your problem!
Replacement was pretty easy after figuring out how to unsnap/unlock the old pieces. Tools only used to do a little prying and poking, but really aren't needed. Everything either snaps or slides together. Piece of cake
Pulled dishwasher from under counter, attached link to spring, hooked spring back into frame/chassis, threaded link through pulleys, attached other end of link onto door, reinstalled dishwasher under counter. All's well. Note-I purchased an extra link anticipating that the other one will fail. They're cheap enough.
I took the broken basket adjuster off and then attached the new one. It wasn't too difficult, however some removal instructions and re-install instructions( or just a picture supplied) would have been helpful. This isn't an issue for a mechanically inclined person, but would be a challenge for someone that isn't. Thanks.
