there is no sound when the timer goes off
For model number JGB850SEF3SS
Hi John, thank you for reaching out. Based on our research, the oven tone volume can be adjusted between high, medium, low, and off. Press the cook time pad to view the current settings. The control will sound the oven tone at the new volume level each time the sound level is changed. We hope this information helps!

Oven Lamp Holder Burned
removed two phillips screws. Unplugged electrical connections replaced unit from PartSelect. They sent holder cover and new bulb (surprise). Great store with great directions.

defective temp. sensor
Removed oven from cabinet. unblug old sensor pluged in new and reinstalled oven. Esay repair though wish oven was designed so did not have to pull itout of cabinet which requires disconect electric cabel
