when i pugged cable in to plud breaker turn off so oven is not working, electric wiring or cable problem, what should i need to do?
For model number JGB660SEJ1SS
Hi Patel, thank you for reaching out. We have narrowed the issue down to the following parts: the power cord, part number PS1481000, the ground wire, part number PS11773746, the electrodes harness assembly, part number PS11762469, and the igniter switches, part number PS12702961. We hope this helps!
Removed the two screws put the heat shield off the old one onto the new one put new bottom in and tightened two screws. Done #38. 69 Cost of part with shipping cost included.
Unplugged the appliance for safety. Removed two 1/4" screws that held the assembly in place. Carefully removed the wire guard that retains the glass shield. Unscrewed old light bulb and replaced with new part. Reversed the steps after cleaning glass cover.
Repair was very easy. 2 screws to remove the bottom cover inside the oven. 2 more screws to remove the igniter. Cut the wires to remove it from the back of the oven. 3 screws to remove the back cover. Un-clipped old igniter , pushed new one through the hole (from inside the oven). Connected and re-applied screws. Worked like a charm.
