Will not preheat to desired temperature, oven light stays on and convection oven blower does not operate. Is this a “main board” issue or multiple problems?

Hello, I have a problem with my Maytag oven. When I press the targeted temperature on the touchscreen control panel , only few numbers are recorded. All other oven instructions from the touchscreen are working. Any idea of the failing part? Thanks a lot

what would cause JENNAIR JDS9865BDP temp sensor plug to melt? The Ohms across the sensor wires at room temp is 1080. The control panel is 3 years old. How do I test to determine the cause and the proper repair?

The panel is very dimly lit. Hard to read bake, preheat, temperature etc. Would love to be able to fix this. Also the right front burner (propane) blows flames either high or when you turn down flames goes out or partial flames on part of the burner. Help! Otherwise it works. Really don’t want to replace it.

Inspect the small perimeter ports around the burner head as well as the central orifice jet for grease or spillover debris. Clean the slots using a thin wire, needle, or stiff brush, avoid wooden toothpicks, as they can snap off inside the port. We hope this information helps!

Removed the oven door by opening slightly, then pic door up to remove. Remove 2 screws holding oven sensor in place, gently pull on sensor to remove, had to remove about 8 inches to get at plastic connector. Unplug connector, had to use an adapter cable supplied with the PartSelect kit to install new sensor, push cable back into opening, reinstall 2 screws. The oven works fine! Note that due to thermal lag the temperature overshoots to 370 degrees and undershoots to 340 degrees, this appears to be normal oven operation. Putting door back in place was easy.
Just placed it at the filter location. Liked the ring feature on the filter for ease of removal for cleaning. My previous ones didn't have such feature. Thank you for filling my order. I bought an extra filter for the future. I'm a big user of my Jenn-Air range. I may soon be needing to replace my griddle. Will be contacting your company then.
