The blower fan wheel completly broke in pieces.
I had to take apart the outer cabinet to get inside the unit where the blower wheel is located. Very carefully you must remove the outer cover of the blower fan where the motor is to install the new blower fan wheel on the blower motor shaft. Much care must be taken during this process not to damage the new fan wheel. Once I got it all back together putting all the screws back into the cabinet the unit now works fine just like it did when I first bought it. There was a label on the back of the unit where the serial number is with PartSelect.com phone number on it. They were the only people that had this part I needed instock and they shipped it to me in 2 days time.
