The turn table does not turn. what can cause that?

We had a technician here and he told us we needed a new door latch in order for the micro to function. The repair company after weeks of waiting came back and told us the part is no longer available. I did find a door latch on your website, however my question is, do you send out techicians to analyze and install the item ?

The door latch repair is a fairly easy repair. You will need to remove the door from the microwave to replace it. You will need to unscrew the inner and outer door panel from the door assembly for this repair. Glad to be of help!

Hi Gene, thank you for your question! We have found that the issue is with the magnetron, part number PS8729737. The magnetron produces the microwaves that cook the food inside the microwave oven. You may need to replace the magnetron to fix the issue. We hope this helps.
Can I still get a drive coupling for this old model or will a newer one fit/work just as well? Not turning at all.
