Hi Bo, thank you for the question. We have found that the issue is with the temperature sensor, part number PS10057828. Need to replace bake element
First, cut the power and remove the oven from the cabinet.

The bake element is accessible from the back and sits in a drawer.

As someone else said, you have to use pliers to bend the cover of the drawer, you will make some damage to the cover, but there is nothing you can do about it.

Make a note of what wire goes to the right and to the left so you can plug them back like it was before.

When you replace the bake element, make sure you insert it in the straps so it won't wiggle when it heats.

To close the cover that you bent, you will need a helper and push really hard.

Replaced cracked glass top on range
My repair man was able to change out the old, cracked top and replace it with the new one in less than an hour. The wires underneath were pretty straightforward, but he mentioned that the burns were off and he adjusted. Wanted to mention that it was an easy adjustment. Also, other reviews mention needing two people for this job. I had to help once in placing something under the cooktop while he adjusted a burner..otherwise, it was all him. Everything arrived in great condition and was securely packaged from PartSelect (thank you!).
