With the two pulleys the larger one the shaft moves in and out causing belt too rub. Any idea what could be the problem and what part I would need? Washer only two years old. Thanks
For model number GTW330BMK0WW
Hello Wayne, Thank you for the question. This sounds like the Pulley is worn and will need to be replaced. We hope this helps.
This washing machine spins really loudly (sounds like a Jet taking off ) and is now leaking water from the bottom. Can you tell me what is happening and how can it be fixed.

Hi Margaret, thank you for your question. It sounds like you may need to take a look at your support assembly/gearcase: PS11774696, and the outer tub: PS12074045. It may be that you were getting your noise from the gearcase and over time it may have compromised the seal in your outer tub which would have caused the leaking. So it would be suggested that you check those parts first. Good luck with your repair.

Will not fill up with water to capacity
For model number GTW330BMK0WW
Hi Zeal,
Thank you for your question. If your washer will not fill with water, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the water inlet valve, the selector assembly, the triac control and the lid lock. We have included a link that you may reference on how to check these parts and some others as well. Once you have determined the part you need, please feel free to call customer service. We are open 7 days a week and anyone will be happy to assist you. We look forward to hearing from you!
Hello Roger, thank you for the question. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the hub nut, part number PS12074041, to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
