Hi Lorise, thank you for reaching out. Drain pipe is located at the back side of the fresh food section. Use the plunger to help push anything that may have spilt into the hole. Flush the drain hole with the mixture of water and bicarbonate of soda to push food or liquid into the drip tray at the back of the fridge freezer. We hope that helps!
