The touchpad doesn’t respond to anything. Freezer/refrigerator read 88 on freezer and refrigerator alternates between 68 and 88. Water/ice dispenser doesn’t work at all. I already changed the filter and nothing changed. Inside light works sometime but most of the time not. Ice maker is making very little ice but does make a little. Maybe enough for a glass of water per day.

For this, unplug the refrigerator, wait for 5 minutes, and then plug it back in. If the issue remains, we would suggest checking the electronic control board, part number PS2371143. Touch pad not working flashing 6A & 8A

Hi Tim, thank you for reaching out. A flashing 6A and 8A indicates a defrosting issue, likely involving the defrost heater, part number PS2340403. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
Unscrew old filter and remove(counterclockwise). Line up arrow on new filter with arrow on connection housing. Turn clockwise till resistance met. Do not overtighten. Follow directions. Simple.
The installation video notes that the door mullion spring has a bent end, and that the bent end of the spring is to be inserted into the LOWER hinge. However, on my refrigerator door, the bent end of the door mullion spring must be inserted into the UPPER hinge in order for the door to function properly. (Also noted that in your video the installer manually closed the door mullion rather than just closing the refrigerator door, another indication that the installation of the spring was incorrect.) After watching the video several times to confirm I was installing the door mullion spring according to the video instructions, I tried inserting the bent end of the door mullion spring into the upper hinge, which proved to be the correct installation of the door mull spring. What should have been a 5 minute repair turned into an ½ hour repair.
