Ice is building up underneath the produce drawer.

Hi Larry, thank you for getting in touch. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest checking the drain hose, part number PS2344342, to solve the problem. We hope that helps!
Unscrew old filter and remove(counterclockwise). Line up arrow on new filter with arrow on connection housing. Turn clockwise till resistance met. Do not overtighten. Follow directions. Simple.
Until I figured out that the Metal cover on the divider door had to be removed (pried out) giving access to the hidden hinges. After that the hinges could be removed and replaced.Great with giving phone thou.
