My refrigerator is leaking water under the cheese drawer. The drawer is also getting frozen and stuck at times.

Hi Joan, thank you for getting in touch. The most likely cause of water leaking under your cheese drawer and freezing is a clogged defrost drain tube. Use a turkey baster or a large syringe filled with hot water to flush the drain line. Repeat flushing until you hear water freely trickling down into the drain pan beneath the refrigerator. Pour a mixture of one teaspoon of baking soda and two cups of hot water down the drain to kill mold and algae. We hope this sorts out your problem!

Unscrew old filter and remove(counterclockwise). Line up arrow on new filter with arrow on connection housing. Turn clockwise till resistance met. Do not overtighten. Follow directions. Simple.
The installation video notes that the door mullion spring has a bent end, and that the bent end of the spring is to be inserted into the LOWER hinge. However, on my refrigerator door, the bent end of the door mullion spring must be inserted into the UPPER hinge in order for the door to function properly. (Also noted that in your video the installer manually closed the door mullion rather than just closing the refrigerator door, another indication that the installation of the spring was incorrect.) After watching the video several times to confirm I was installing the door mullion spring according to the video instructions, I tried inserting the bent end of the door mullion spring into the upper hinge, which proved to be the correct installation of the door mull spring. What should have been a 5 minute repair turned into an ½ hour repair.
