Door latch seems jammed in "latched" position. I have removed the fuse for 5 mins to reset any chips, logic etc. The door simply wont latch when you close it. Is this mechanically or electrically controlled?
For model number GDF610SSK0SS
Hi Peter, thank you for contacting us. The issue seems to be with the door latch assembly, part number PS12743546. It is electrically controlled and it works as a switch that sends an electrical signal to the appliance's control board. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
