What causes the rinse cycle not to full
For model number GCWP1800D1WW
Hello Sherita, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, the issue is due to the insufficient water supply. Make sure the cold water supply is flowing into the tub. If the cold water supply is slow or not entering the tub, the washer will stop ahead of the rinse cycle while waiting for the tub to fill. This can be due to a clogged water inlet valve, part number PS11721803. If the issue persists, you may need to replace the control panel, part number PS6011712. We hope this information helps!

Where’s the control board? I just see wiring harness.
For model number GCWP1800D1WW
Hi Thraese, thank you for reaching out. Your model does not come with the control board. It has the timer, part number PS4704240, which is located behind the control panel. In order to access the timer, you just need to un-thread the screws present at the back, securing the control panel to the metal bracket. After that, just slide the front panel and you will have the access to the timer. We hope that helps!
I spoke to a very nice young ladie who took my order and I received my order within two days. I pull the clasp off of the old knob and replace the knob and the clasp with the new part and it now works great. Thank you for helping me find the part I needed.
After removing frt panel which prys off I checked for anything obvious like a loose belt. Then I jiggled the magnet switch located on the inside of the loading cover. I saw the machine start agitating the it stopped again when I stopped touching it. I ordered the new part and spliced it in with the wire crip tool. Now the machine is A ok.
