Hi Deno6,
Thank you for your question. If your freezer is too warm, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the defrost thermostat, the evaporator fan motor, the compressor start relay, the run capacitor and the defrost heater. We have included a link that you may reference on how to check some of these parts and some additional parts to check as well. Once you have determined the part you need, please feel free to call customer service. We are open 7 days a week and anyone will be happy to assist you. We look forward to hearing from you!
Hello Lois,
Thank you for your question. It is likely the Allen set screws on the handle need to be tightened slightly to fix the loose handle. We hope this helps.

Unplugged faulty ice maker, removed two screws holding it to the refrigerator and took it out. Reversed the operation with the new ice maker and after a few minutes presto, we have ice.
I had put in a new ice maker and it still had the problem, (I needed the Ice maker anyway) I installed the vale and while I was at it I put a five year filter on the water line that went from the value to the Ice maker, it took less than one hours, the ice is making like it did when it was new, I could not be more please at theis time. Thanks for your Interest. God bless.
