Display shows Loc. how do we clear

Hello Martha, thank you for contacting us. Error code LOC means that the door lock is engaged on the appliance. The lock is typically used as a child safety feature. To clear it, press the AIR DRY pad until “loc” is no longer displayed in the status window. If this does not help, the door lock is probably damaged.
