Does this unit have a water filter for the ice maker?

Hello Brenton, Thank you for the question. Checking the model it does not shows an available Filter. The water would be filtered from your in house water filtration system before being supplied to the Appliance. We hope this helps!

Hello Thomas, thank you for your question. Slow ice production is typically because of low water fill in the ice maker or not enough water. We suggest changing the Water filter. We hope this helps.

Unplugged faulty ice maker, removed two screws holding it to the refrigerator and took it out. Reversed the operation with the new ice maker and after a few minutes presto, we have ice.
I had put in a new ice maker and it still had the problem, (I needed the Ice maker anyway) I installed the vale and while I was at it I put a five year filter on the water line that went from the value to the Ice maker, it took less than one hours, the ice is making like it did when it was new, I could not be more please at theis time.
