NO Tank Head

Hello Joseph, thank you for writing. Are you referring to the Tank Retainer Ring PS9492346 that is roughly 3 inches in diameter in black plastic? Please submit a new question if you have any follow ups.
No hot water in wash cycle .This machine has no heating element in tank .Could the problem be (motor heater ) or the ( control board )
