How to install new filter
For model number FFSS2615TS2
Hi Billy, thank you for reaching out. Please follow the given instructions to replace the filter:
1. Turn off the ice maker.
2. Remove the filter by pushing on the end/face
of the filter.
3. Slide the old water filter cartridge straight out of the housing and discard it.
4. Unpackage the new filter cartridge. Using the alignment guide, slide it gently into the filter housing until it stops against the snap-in connector at the back of the housing.
5. Push firmly until the cartridge snaps into place.
6. Press a drinking glass against the water dispenser while checking for any leaks at the filter housing. Any spurts and sputters that occur as the system purges air out of the dispenser systems are normal.
7. After filling one glass of water, continue flushing the system for about four minutes.
8. Turn on the ice maker.
9. Press and hold the Water Filter button on the Ice & Water Dispenser control panel for three seconds. When the display changes from
red to green, the status has been reset. We hope this helps!

Refrigerator has a constant beeping noise, will not clear

Thank you for your question. The beeping you are hearing may be caused by a couple of things. If the doors are ajar or if the temperature is rising in the refrigerator, this will cause the refrigerator to beep. If the doors are closed and the temperature is fine press the reset button on the touchscreen. If this does not fix the issue, you will need to check the electronic control board to see if it is working correctly. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!

In my specific appliance the water valve is located in the bottom right hand corner looking at it from the back. To get to it I remove the thin layer of cardboard the covers the back of the fridge. I then proceeded to disconnect the 1/4" copper tubing which is the water feed coming out of the wall. Then I removed the screws that hold the valve assembly in place. I took the water valve out and removed the electrical connections as well as the plastic tubing which feed the water dispenser and the ice maker. To install the new water valve it was just a matter of reversing steps.
Used pliers to remove the residual broken stud that was still attached to the wall of the refrigerator, and then just pushed the new part in place. The longest time was spent in removing the food and crisper drawers.
