Hello Stephen, thank you for reaching out. If your dishwasher is showing error code i40, it means clogged filters or a restricted drain line have been detected. First, reset the dishwasher, remove the plug for the dishwasher, wait 1 minute, and plug it back in. If this does not resolve the issue, check whether the filters are clean and the pressure switch is not clogged. Dirty filters slow down the flow of water, leading to unsatisfactory dishwashing results. Check and clean them regularly. If it is fine, we recommend replacing the control board, part number PS12071547. We hope this solves your problem!
