Oven Was Not Heating As It Should

Removed lower oven rack. Unplugged stove,removed 2 screws holding element in place,pulled element forward unplugged 2 wires. Reversed proc. To reinstall . Very simple. Parts were here in less than 24 hrs using standard shipping. Very good service

Bake Element burned out

I found a video on YouTube and watched it showing how to change the element - then I performed the repair based on the instructions and recommendations in the video. The video had some good recommendations and cautions that helped ensure a successful repair.

Rear drawer slide was broken.

Undid one screw. Removed the broken slide. Replaced with new slide an fastened with the existing screw. Problem solved.

Drip Bowl beyond cleaning

Removed old bowl and dropped in new one!!It looks great - the cooktop is probably 30 years old.Your serviceperson was courteous friendly and very rapid.This actually is the second replacement but I was pleasantly surprised that the part was available. Thanks!!

Electric burner would not heat at all

I tested the element with a digital meter and found it was bad but I also followed your great tip to replace the receptacle which it really needed replaced also. Both parts now work and fit like new. Thanks

Baking element needed replacing.

old bowls could not be cleaned. These new bowls make the stove look great

Removed old bowls and replaced with the new bowls. Also, thanks for your help with the rang knobs. You did not have the replacement knobs for my range but you gave me help in where I might get them. With the new bowls and knobs the range looks like new. Thanks again for all your help.

broiler didn't work

Removed original broiler element, and found it was open. Replaced with new element.

large burner wasn'st working

Pulled the old burner out by cutting the wires and unscrewing the receptacle. Connected the wires using the supplied wire nuts and heat shrink wrap. Put a lighter to the wire wrap and shrunk it around the wires. Screwed the receptacle back in place then the burner -all done. Anybody with a screw driver can make this repair.

my drip bowls were old an I was unable to clean them

I took the old drip pans out and replace them with the new ones. Now my stove looks brand new. These were a perfect fit.

replacement drip pans didn't fit -- wrong type

Purchased appropriate drip pans here. They arrived overnight, much to our surprise! The range elements were easy to remove, and the drip pans fit precisely as they were designed to do. Ta Da! repair completed.

Old drip bowls, tried prepackaged from box stores

After putting up with ill fitting generic versions of our drip bowls, we smartend up and ordered correct parts. They went in super easy, perfect fit and the heating element is now perfectly level.
