my drip bowls were old an I was unable to clean them

I took the old drip pans out and replace them with the new ones. Now my stove looks brand new. These were a perfect fit.

I pulled out the burners, cleaned up the crumbled drip pans ,installed the new drip pans, pluged in the burners and was finished in about 3 minutes. I will order again from you. Thank you.

Broken drawer glide

Used a phillips head screwdriver to remove the single screw holding the part in place and put the new one on. Finding the part on this site was a breeze and it arrived quickly. A first rate experience all around.

bottom element was burned out

I was 100% happy with the whole process! The part arrived on schedule, it was exactly what I wanted! replacement drip pans didn't fit -- wrong type

Purchased appropriate drip pans here. They arrived overnight, much to our surprise! The range elements were easy to remove, and the drip pans fit precisely as they were designed to do. Ta Da! repair completed.

Old drip bowls, tried prepackaged from box stores

After putting up with ill fitting generic versions of our drip bowls, we smartend up and ordered correct parts. They went in super easy, perfect fit and the heating element is now perfectly level. Oven Was Not Heating As It Should

Removed lower oven rack. Unplugged stove,removed 2 screws holding element in place,pulled element forward unplugged 2 wires. Reversed proc. To reinstall . Very simple. Parts were here in less than 24 hrs using standard shipping. Very good service

Bake Element burned out

I found a video on YouTube and watched it showing how to change the element - then I performed the repair based on the instructions and recommendations in the video. The video had some good recommendations and cautions that helped ensure a successful repair.

The burner didn't work because it had the wrong drip bowl

Burner not working

I took the burner out of the box and snapped it into the slots on the stove, turned on the stove and made dinner! By the way, I received it in 2 days, which was great.
